How do I select the items in my order?
After your first order, you can return to your Account page to update the items in your next order. Log in, then click "Manage Subscription" > Select your "Bread and Pastry Box" Plan > "Update Contents"
Updates must be made three days prior to your delivery / pick-up day. After that your order contents are finalized and we'll bill your card for that order.
Why isn't the full menu available?
We feature a limited selection of rotating breads and pastries each week. We always try to offer the classics (like sourdough and chocolate croissants), and rotate through specialty items as they're available from our partner bakeries. You can view all the bread and pastries in circulation on our full menu here.
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most addresses in the City of Denver, and some neighboring areas. Enter your zip code on our order page to see if and when we deliver to your neighborhood.
Delivery orders arrive between 7:30am - 3pm.
Where do I pick-up my bread?
Anyone can place an order for pick-up! Please arrive at the Rebel Bread Production Lab between 9am - 2pm. Please wear a mask and respect social distancing of other customers.

When will my order be ready?
Orders are due three days prior to their pick-up / delivery day.
Example: If you are in a Thursday delivery zone / placing a Thursday pick-up order, you must submit your order by the end of Monday.
Example: If you place a Thursday pick-up order on Tuesday, it will be ready the following Thursday.
MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING
When am I billed for my membership?
Billing occurs three days before your upcoming order. You'll receive a reminder email three days before the charge, and once the charge has completed to confirm your final order.
Can I skip an upcoming order?
Yes! You can skip an order until three days before your delivery / pick-up date. Log in to your account > Click "Manage Subscription" > Select your "Bread and Pastry Box" Plan > Scroll to the bottom and click "Skip next order"
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time, at least three days prior to an upcoming delivery. Log in to your account > Click "Manage Subscription" > Select your "Bread and Pastry Box" Plan > Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel subscription"
