I’m a baker and a culinary anthropologist, which means I love telling stories about food, over food, and through food.

This podcast is kind of like being on a phone call with me, except that I’m the only one talking… in that these are about 15 minute episodes where every week, I explore a discussion I like having through food.

It’s not really about bread–at least we won’t be having technical baking talks–even if bread is at the foundation of everything we do. We will talk about food from a cultural or storytelling perspective. I talk about entrepreneurship and starting this small business, and I bring in stories from my Italian travels and other cultural food stories.

And overall, we’ll talk about how all of us as bakers (or whatever you do, but I encourage you to see yourself as a baker), engage, build, and benefit the communities around us.
